The status is yours: open, in place, partial or gap. The owner is a named person. The anchor evidence is the first artefact an assessor asks for. Nothing here is a compliance score, and a status of in place is your own claim, not a finding by this site.

02What it is not
The limits
- It does not assess the evidence. It records the owner and the status you give.
- It does not store the index on a server, so clearing this browser clears it. Use the CSV export for the file.
