The short version

The free record, the register and the free check do not ask for an account, an email address or an upload. The check runs in your browser, and the answers are not sent to a server. If you buy the kit or the watch, Stripe collects the payment details and the email address you give, and the site creates an account from that email so you can reach the files and manage the subscription.

The processors

• Cloudflare serves the site and keeps request logs for security and reliability.
• Supabase in Sydney holds the account record: the email address, the plan and the account activity. It does not hold your free-check answers.
• Stripe processes the payment and holds the card details. The site never sees the card number.
• SendGrid delivers transactional email, including the receipt and the kit files.

Those four are the only processors. No advertising network, no analytics script and no third-party tracker is loaded on this site.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask for a copy of the account record, ask for a correction, or ask for the account to be deleted. Write to support@theartofservice.com from the address you used. Deletion removes the account record; Stripe keeps the payment record it is required to keep for tax and accounting.

The change watch is a monthly subscription. You can cancel from the Stripe portal at any time, and the emails stop at the end of the paid period.

Cookies and storage

The site sets a session cookie only when you sign in to reach a paid file or manage the subscription. The free check stores nothing. There is no consent banner because there is no advertising or analytics cookie to consent to.
