Terms

The terms on which this record and the paid files are offered. Last updated 2026-10-22.

01The service

What you are buying

ISO 29110 Revision Checker publishes a free reference and a paid document set. The kit is one payment of USD 149. The watch is USD 19 a month. The free register and the free check are not a trial and do not expire. The paid files are digital and are delivered through the site and by email.

02Accuracy

Accuracy and the official text

The site is written from the public ISO record and the published structure of the series. It is not the official text and it is not a substitute for it. The FDIS body is not public and is not reproduced. Where the site states a practice, it labels the basis. If a page is wrong about a public fact, tell us and we will correct the record and the page in the same change.

The planning date is our arithmetic, not an ISO announcement. Do not rely on it as a publication date.

03No certification or legal advice

What this is not

The site does not provide legal advice, does not certify, does not audit and does not create a presumption of conformity with any standard or law. ISO/IEC FDIS 29110-5-6-3 is a draft guideline, not a certifiable management system standard. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by ISO or the IEC.

04Trademarks and copyright

Trademarks and copyright

ISO and IEC are the trademarks of their respective owners. The designation and title of the document are used to identify the public record. The analysis, the register and the pages are the copyright of The Art of Service Pty Ltd. You may read them, quote short passages with attribution, and use the paid files inside your own organisation. You may not resell the files or publish them as your own product.

05Consumer law and refunds

Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

The kit is a digital document set. If it is not what the page describes, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund it. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
