Basic or Intermediate profile?

The public abstract says the Intermediate guide was developed from the systems engineering Basic profile and that elements were added or modified to support parallel projects run by more than one work team. The change is not a maturity badge. It is a response to the coordination problem: shared people, competing priorities and more work products in flight. If the firm is still one project and one team, the Basic profile is the better fit, and the file should say why.
